These roles are spread across regional directorates including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, and Larkana.
Job Description
The Human Rights Department of Sindh serves as the primary provincial body for the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights. Candidates selected for these roles will provide essential administrative, technical, and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of provincial human rights initiatives and public service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the specific post, responsibilities include:
- Stenographer/Clerk: Maintaining official records, drafting correspondence, and managing office documentation.
- Computer Operator/DPA: Managing database entries, generating reports, and ensuring digital data integrity.
- Naib Qasid: Assisting in office maintenance, delivery of files between departments, and supporting general office operations.
- General: Ensuring compliance with Government of Sindh administrative protocols and providing assistance to the public regarding human rights queries.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Skills
- Naib Qasid: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Shorthand: 120 wpm (for Stenographer).
- Typing Speed: 30 to 40 wpm (depending on post).
- IT Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office Suite and data entry management.
