DMCA Policy

FPSCjobs.online respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the website by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated email.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, FPSCjobs.online will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the site.

2. What Your Notice Must Include

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original content or a description).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide the specific URL on FPSCjobs.online).
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement of good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

3. Designated Contact Information

Please send all DMCA notices to our administrative team at the following email address:
Email: fpscjobsonline@gmail.com
(Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line of your email for faster processing).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include your name, address, and telephone number, the identification of the material and its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

FPSCjobs.online reserves the right to terminate the access of users or contributors who are found to be “repeat infringers” of the intellectual property rights of others.

Implementation Advice

  • Footer Link: Ensure “DMCA” is clearly visible in your website footer alongside your Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
  • Response Time: While the law doesn’t specify a “minute-by-minute” timeframe, responding to DMCA emails within 24 to 72 hours is considered standard best practice for webmasters.
  • Originality: Since your site mainly shares public government advertisements, most copyright claims would likely come from private testing agencies or news publishers. Always provide credit to the original source to minimize these issues.
