• Perform duties in the capacity of Chairman of the Project Level Independent Grievance Redressal Committee (IGRC) under GM/PD Dasu HPP or any officer designated by him.

• Resolve grievances preferably on the first day of hearing or within one month from the date of receiving the cases.
• Conduct or supervise field investigations in complicated matters where deeper review is required.
• Review grievances of indirectly affected persons and persons impacted during project implementation.
• Ensure that every decision remains within the framework of RAP policy, entitlements, and other safeguard documents such as EMAP.
